Here at Triumph Fitness, we have been working hard to put together a safe and fun place for our Triumph Fitness Member's children to play when workouts are in session. We are presenting you with Triumph Minis!
If you are interested or planning on having your children attend Triumph Minis when you are working out at Triumph Fitness, there are a few bits of information that is pertinent we all agree upon. We do have policies and procedures in place to ensure all member's children a safe, clean, healthy, and happy. We ask that we all respect the policies and procedures so we can continue to offer childcare at Triumph Fitness.
First, there are some age appropriate rules that we ask ALL children to follow. You will find these rules posted on blue (appropriate) and red (unacceptable) paper above the toy area. We do ask that every family read over the rules with your child. Please discuss what these expectations look like because we do expect everyone respects and follow the expectations.
Below, we have outlined the Policies and Procedures for Triumph Minis. We have a few waivers on hand at the gym for you to sign before you child can attend.
Triumph Minis’ Childcare Policies and Procedures:
Triumph LOVES kids. In fact, we have two of our own that enjoy spending time at the gym just as much as we do! As Triumph is growing, we have had more families in need of childcare. We have avoided incident yet, but as classes are filling up with parents and kids- we have reached the point of new requirements for the way children are able to participate in the gym. Please read our policies and procedures below.
At this time, childcare is offered only Monday-Thursday at 4:15pm and 5:30pm class times. Childcare is not provided at any other time.
If you are unable to attend the specific class times in which childcare is offered you are able to bring another person, 13 years or older, with you to watch your children in the play area, however, they are not allowed on the workout floor, playing with lockers or behind the front desk under any circumstances nor can they be in the play area unsupervised. If you choose to use this option, then please ensure you clean up the play area before you leave.
We offer childcare for member's children for :
$4/day per child with previous reservation
$10/day per child with no prior reservation.
You will need to RSVP by 7pm the night before using your Triumph Fitness account.

General Rules for Triumph Minis’ Childcare:
For the safety of everyone involved, parents are asked not to bring sick children to our childcare. The following standards will be enforced to ensure that all children and staff are protected from communicable diseases. Children with the following symptoms will not be accepted into Triumph Minis Childcare:
Children must be symptom free for 24 hours after symptoms cease. If your child does not attend school due to an illness, they will not be admitted into our childcare room. If your child contracts a contagious disease and has recently been to Triumph Fitness Childcare, please contact the staff immediately.
These rules have been made to ensure the safety and comfort of your child, and for all the members at Triumph Fitness.
Playing with Equipment:
You are welcome to download the waiver below, sign and bring into Coach Fonseca!
(Please ensure you bring in immediately as we cannot accept children into childcare without signed waivers)

M, W: Kids Varsity 3:00pm when school is in session
