Results- they come in all forms.
Today, I received one of the best compliments from another member at the gym. He simply said "Before you leave, I wanted to tell you something. I am so glad you are not so damn skinny anymore."
Now for many of us that would maybe taken as an insult. "WHAT?! I am not skinny? Are you calling me FAT?!" However, if you know my story (most don't) then you will quickly realize that was an incredible compliment. Now, my results have not been weightloss but much different- the opposite end of the spectrum actually. Back when I started with Triumph Fitness I was about 95-100lbs, size 24 jeans, a scale whore; particular numbers made me panic. The image I saw of myself was truly not what I really looked like. As I reflect back and look at pictures- I never saw the bones protruding, I always saw areas to improve and lose weight. All I really remember was looking at other people and wanting to be that model thin. Now, here I am, several years later with a MUCH different image of myself- I rarely step on the scale,I wear pants 3 sizes bigger, I eat to gain strength and muscle. I feel STRONG and I am nearly 30 lbs heavier. I am healthy both physically and mentally- those are my results. And there is not stopping me now. I have found more within myself.

Weightloss- we've had many members have incredible results with our programming paired with their dedication. These members knew results do not happen in a night, or a week. Instead- they dedicated themselves to the time it would take to get the results they wanted (AND MORE). Each one of these members below will tell you- if they can do it- YOU can do it too!
One thing all these athlete have in common is STICKING with it- not giving up- and learning about all aspects of training and eating properly. Many of these members earned these results in 8-12 weeks because their HARD WORK, EATING, and DEDICATION paid off!
However- we've had MORE and DIFFERENT results as well!
We've had strength gains- new PRs from college lifting- we've had MUSCLE GAIN.
We've had athletes lower their prescription medications by simply exercising and eating properly. We've had Triumph Silvers who started exercising with a cane to gaining strength and stability and no longer need to use a cane!
The results, the stories are all different- each one equally impactful. We all start somewhere.
