You've heard of the benefits of many, the high-fats and low-fats, the good fats and bad fats, and the high in nutrients and vitamins, So how do you navigate which one is really the best and which one meets your nutritional needs the best?
You'll notice that we didn't discuss soy or highlight skim-milk on it its own. There is a reason- we lean towards these other milks for their benefits.
