Since beginning my journey with Triumph Fitness nearly five years ago, much of my life has changed. My view of myself has changed. The scale ruled how I FELT and VIEWED myself. Once a certain number appeared on the scale- I would freak... feeling like I was losing control of my goals. In all honesty, I was one of those girls who viewed beauty as the women in the Victoria's Secret Magazine- craving that figure. My mindset and views of beauty and health have completely transformed since joining Triumph Fitness. I actually find myself quickly browsing through magazines almost HURTING for these women and the editors that work so hard to create this unrealistic image of beauty for the masses.
So the question is WHY do I continue to Triumph? WHY do I refuse to sacrifice my workout and my healthy meals. WHY do I prioritize meal planning with intention instead of purchasing a program? Well my friends, here is where, for the first time in my life, my WHY has combined the three most important aspects of my life.
1. ME. Ultimately, it is for me. No one else. It is my therapy. It is MY time- focused on me. I enjoy building my body to reflect strength and health. I enjoy having muscle definition. I enjoy reaching and SURPASSING the goals I have set for myself. The cooking, the laundry, the dishes, the cleaning, the baths, the homework eats us SO much of my time. But when I walk through those doors at Triumph Fitness- I get to sweat with my friends towards a healthier and happier ME.
2. THEM. I am happier. I am healthier. I get to lead by example of strength. Often, my children workout right next to me, cheer me on, and push me to the limit. I am raising children who believe in staying healthy and developing strong bodies. Lead.
That is simply WHY I TRIUMPH.

The Clean and Lean Challenge is focused on YOU. We want to help you learn how to earn those results. It is going to be pretty plain and simple- how to meal plan with intention. Reach your goals by learning the basics of nutrition and how to use supplementation to aid in gaining real results.
