Recently, we've asked our Clean and Lean Challengers to provide us with their WHY. Why did they decide to join the challenge and seek success in the areas of health and fitness? Each member has provided us with their WHY. Some are heartbreaking, others are inspiring, others make you smile... but each person has one commonality- their reasons are NOT TEMPORARY.
When we make our health and fitness goals temporary, say an upcoming vacation, once we reach that vacation, we stop and loose sight of our goals. Our endeavors pause, we gain back the weight and stop exercising. We ultimately fail. Reasons for change must come from passion and must change our lifestyle. Temporary reasons can contribute to digging our graves with a knife and fork.
We must understand the impacts of a lazy, fake and cheap way of eating and living. Maybe you want to look good in your bikini or the summer shorts. That's awesome- but in your deep downs, WHY? The true impact of clean eating and exercising comes down to fighting disease. Our world is overwhelmed with pill-poppin' disease-masking citizens. Clean Eating and exercise impacts the entire make up of your body and the way it functions. Such a simple thing makes a HUGE impact.
So, I ask you the simple question... WHY is health and fitness important to you? WHY take the journey?
