It was in August 2016 that I walked through the doors of Triumph Fitness. I was searching for something I could believe in- Just one thing to keep me going & look forward to each day. In July of 2015 my world crashed around me as my only child was killed in a tragic auto accident. I felt no desire to keep going because there was no meaning for me on this Earth without him. He was my world and my world was gone. But then came Joe and Lexie and the incredible family at Triumph Fitness. Working out, has always been a part of my life, but I had never felt that complete and unconditional acceptance as I have at Triumph. The coaches & community push and celebrate and love you exactly where you are, every single day! After finding my new gym family- Every day, usually twice a day, I have at least one hour to focus on something more than my grief. Love, grace and grit, the backbone of Triumph Fitness. Thank you, to all of my Triumph family for saving me, every day!
