‍The ideal exercise program for improving body composition and health includes both cardio and strength training. Cardio helps you burn fat, burn calories, improves your BMI, and control blood pressure. It helps reduce your risk of heart attack, high cholesterol, diabetes, and some forms of cancer. At least 20 minutes of cardio a day is recommended.

No fitness experience required. Open to all fitness levels.
